(b) the bay of Natal up to high water mark and the islands of the bay;
together with the foreshore, wharves, docks, basins, jetties, piers and harbour works, and all harbour and dock lands vested in the Government of the Republic of South Africa, but such area shall not include any portion of the promontory of the Bluff set apart fcr defence purposes.
WALVIS BAY
The area within which the South African Transport Services has jurisdiction at this harbour is as follows:
(a) On the south by a line drawn west (true) from a point (. A) on the high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean through a point in position 220 57' 38,0" S; 14c 28 55 7" E (which is the intersection of the S.A.Transport Services boundary produced in a sout-westerly direction and the south-western boundary of the Esplanade produced in a north-westerly direction), to a point ( B) on the high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean on the western side of the Walvis Peninsula;
(b) on the west by -
(i) the high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean from the last mentioned point (B) to the point of intersection (C) of the high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean with a line drawn north (true) from the Pehoan Point Liehthouse; and
(li) a Linedrawn north(true) fromthe said point of intersection (C) to a point(D) 4 km from the Pelican Point Lighthouse;
(c) on the north by a line drawn east (true) from the last-mentioned point (D) to a point (E) on the high water mark of the Atiantic Ocean ou the mainland; and
(d) on the east by the high water mark of the Atiantic Ocean from the last-mentioned point (E) to the frst-mentioned point (A), except within the Fishing Harbour Area where it shall be the old high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean according to Municipal Proclamation 79 of 1968: inclusive of the islands,jetties, harbour works and harbour lands vested in the Govemxnent of the Republic of South Africa
SALDANHA BAY
The area reflected on Sketch Plan CLS70/1 and the list of co-ordinates published in Preclamation R.60 of 1978 and Proclamation R.87 of 1978 and described as within the figure A high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean and Saidanha Bay B C D high water mark of Saldanha Bay E Iandward boundaries of Farm 196 FG high water mark of Saldanha Bay and the Atlantic Ocean HJKA exclusive of the Goverrunent jetty, the repair jetty and the slipway of the Departnrent of Industries, Commerce and Tourism and all other fixed structures connected with the fishing tndustry.
PORT NOLLOTH
The area within which the South Airican Transport Services has jurisdiction at this harbour is boarded northward by a line drawn 2450 from North Point to a point 4 827 metres from the shore; westward by a line drawn 155･ from the above point to the point where it meets a line drawn 2450 from Guap Poin; southward by the latter line; together with the foreshcre therein and an jetties, harbour works and harbour lands vested in the Govemment of the Republic of South Airica

The area within which the South African Transport Services has jurisdiction at this harbour is as follows:
The area at Richards Bay, including portion of the lagoon known as Richards Bay, vested in the Govemment of the Republic of South AfricA,as shown on Sketch Plan CLS 6l/2 and list of co-ordinates published in Proclamation R.4 of 1976 and amended by Proclarnation R373 of 1977 and defined as follows:

The area within which the South African Transport Services has jurisdictiqn at this harbour is boarded westward by a line hom Angra Point to a point 1 097 metres due north thereof,thence by a line latter point to the from the southern shore extremity of North-East Point; together with the foreshore therein (inclusive of the fcreshore of the island); together with the jetties, harbcur works and harbour lands vested in the Government of the Republic of South Africa
